Shipping & Delivery

Shipping typically takes 3-5 business days for standard delivery. Expedited shipping options are available for 1-2 business day delivery. All 3D printers are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Tracking information will be provided once your order ships. International shipping times may vary based on customs clearance.

Weekend delivery is available in select areas. Please check with our customer support team for availability in your location. Standard deliveries are made Monday through Friday during business hours.

If your 3D printer arrives damaged, please contact us immediately within 24 hours of delivery. Take photos of the packaging and the damaged item, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.

Warranty & Support

All 3D printers come with a standard 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects and hardware failures. Extended warranty plans are available for purchase.

The warranty covers the printer hardware, power supply, and mainboard. Consumable parts like nozzles and print beds are covered for 6 months.

Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy for 3D printers. Return shipping is free for defective items. Please ensure the printer is in original packaging and includes all accessories.

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned 3D printer. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is initiated.
